How inclined are you to invest in real estate right now ?  Very, I'm always looking for a good investment opportunity and it's definitely a buyers market right now!  Somewhat, It would have to be very a conservative, low money down, low risk opportunity.  I'm waiting for prices to hit rock bottom before I consider investing now!  If interest rates remain realtively low, and we don't get hit by any hurricanes this season, I'll be more interested!  Not Really, the press and the recent "bubble" have made we very wary of investing at this time!
